Drum Silencers

Post by Cnasty »

Was at Best Buy looking for a surround sound system and the whole place is decked out in GH and RB stuff. 2 huge 60inch LCDs.One with each game. Place was rocking, pretty hilarious.

The point of this post was for what I actually purchased. Drum silencers. $20 for 4 of them and they make a HUGE difference in sound and actual rebound when playing.

Im sure could have made some cheaper ones, but these are pretty sweet and not a bad price. I know when I MCX gets cranking, I can hear his drums through the speakers sometimes over the music.

Probably a little late on these, but a great little pickup.

Got the same for Christmas. You are right, they make a HUGE difference. I would highly recommend them.

I love em.

I am not that great on the drums but I feel like these have made me improve.

That and calibration of course.

I am guessing you have Guitar Hero since you listed it as 'WT'. The drum silencers are for RB and there are (4) silencers in the pack so you will have an extra one (assuming you bought the GH:WT bundle and not the GH:WT game to play with RB instruments).

My mistake, i have GH:WT. I have the GH:WT bundle, so i guess i'll have a extra silencer.

Thanks brocam.

Just got the drum silencers and i can't get the damn rubbers on

I have not had the need to practice rubbers since i got married, that might have something to do with it. :)

Are you these for the Rock Band 1 drum set or the RB2 Set?... Have you noticed any loss in sensitivity?
