I'm pretty pumped the NBA is back.

Some nice story lines, new faces in big places, and the Heat start their title journey.

I don't care if I'm a Lakers fan. I want that to happen so people will leave LBJ alone.

If you think people will leave him alone after he wins a title you are sorely mistaken. It will just cue the criticism that he had to move to miami to do it. Or that he can't win one without wade. He'll need to win the finals 1 on 5 to get any credit and even then he'd get criticized for having no assists.

I never thought I would see the back court of Rickey Rubio and JJ Barrea be so impressive. The wolves look nice. Man Addelman got them hustling. This is great to see.

Don't worry, once everyone figures out that you can play six feet off him and clog up passing lanes because he can't shoot, which should be any day now, they'll start working on that worst record in the league. Once that happens they'll have to run for him to be effective and I'm not sure they're built to be a fast paced team on an every night basis. Plus there's that whole defense thing. A country best known for diving on the soccer field, having institutionilzed mid-day naps, torturing Jews (The Inquisition! What a show!), and building giant navies only to see the English sink them isn't going to produce a lot of NBA quality defenders.

I watched that game last night and he looks like he lost a ton of weight and improved his quickness without losing his rebounding skills.
