Only 1% of people are going to get it. The rest are just lazy assholes that don't take the time to get it.

Then, they "don't care" so much, that they feel the need to post and let everyone know that they "don't care". They care enough to let everyone know that lol.

That always strikes me as odd.

I'm gonna start going into random scheduling threads and when a guy says, "I can play on Monday at 8pm, how about you?", i'm just gonna quote and let him know that I don't care if he can play at 8pm on Monday, and I feel like he should know that. It's no different than the 2 posts we've seen here.

I am with you Shel...Why?
Why come in here and post that you don't care about the NBA? You obviously care enough to post!
I always found this humerous.

If it weren't for gambling, I wouldn't watch basketball. This is a stark change from how I was in the 90's.

I guess I need to clarify my original post. Dave, now that the lockout is *soon* to be over we will be starting up a NBA2K12 league?? Thanks and I'll hang up and listen for your answer.

right now, i have no desire to do it.

maybe when the NBA starts my feelings will change, but as of right now, it might be on someone else to take the reigns.

Look at this guy.

He plays a couple NBA2K games and all of a sudden he is David Aldridge. :)

I don't care about the NBA, but this game is great. I'm going to pick it up today after the recent news from 2K Sports.

http://www.operationsports.com/news/526 ... requently/

Roster updates will come more frequently than they have in the past, Boenisch said, accounting for both the influx of rookie players and any changes in free agency or pre-season trades, which began on Wednesday. Instead of waiting until the final day before the regular season tip-off, Boenisch said the game will push roster updates as frequently as possible over the next three weeks. That kind of update comes totally through the 2K Sports server and isn't subject to the kind of review Microsoft or Sony has for a game patch or title update. A patch still is coming before Dec. 25, Boenisch said, but he held off on committing to a specific date.
