except that we don't take into account the past block, so Doc is 6-2. 6-2 is a top 5 pick in the NDL with 1 loss teams?

no disrespect to Doc. Someone quote me so he can see this

you know I wanted to say this, but I didn't wanna be rude. But then I looked. Doc played Ok State, FSU, Florida and TCU non conf. lol thats pretty fuckin' impressive.

but still, from a numbers standpoint. 6-2 is not top 5, 8-2 may be, but thats next block

anyone arguing that Pitt doesn't belong in the top 5, doesn't follow the league

anyone who thinks i would give a shit that he beat me and make that a reason to rank him high, doesn't know me (i realize you're kidding corey, just clarifying)

I agree he should be top 15. However, judging from Doc's comment he jumped 4 spots from the last block with wins over Uconn and Cincy. Meaning he would need to jump from 21 to 5. That is 16 spots. Kind of unheard of I would think (maybe I'm wrong here), and would require jumping some 1 loss teams. Definitely deserves to be in or around the top 10 though IMO.

i'm being a dick about 'he's gotta be top 5'. i think he should be, but i understand your point about him jumping that high in one week (but beating the #1 and #13 team (who is 4 in the massey) is pretty damn impressive.

but i'm 100% of the belief he's gotta be top 10... without question. i have him at #2. the amount of losses a team has doesn't matter to me if the team 1 loss behind them has won as many huge games as he has.

I put him Top 5. I would love any critique of my poll so i can vote better next time, but I am pretty solid on Pittsburgh top 5.

Considering it says I have one loss i'd say so.

I voted Pitt Top 10 easy. This poll was hard due to everyone lost.

8 different teams receiving first place votes. Talk about parity amongst the top teams in the league. Its going to be interesting to see who emerges from the pack over the next two weeks.
