i believe you can order release day shipping on amazon so that you get it the day it comes out.

I buy all my games there (no stores here sell games for less than $80 a pop), and the latest I will get it is about 10 days after release

I buy all my games from Amazon. You will get it on release day as long as you select that in the shipping options. Most new games have 99 cent release day delivery pricing.
