That's some epic stuff. Replied. I'll send you another note later on and let you know what I come up with. We were definitely thinking along the same lines.

I rarely participate in a draft but impact RB and speed defensive is what I look for.

uniform color means a lot to me.
on a serious note, i try to run a different offense each season, so i try to find a team that will fit the offense i want to run. keeps the game fresh. you guys trying the option will love it this year with the custom playbook. it will make your life much easier.

Re: What's your factor?
Priority #1: Get my team - Virginia Tech (achieved -> so you won't see me in any drafts unless I get fired)
Priority #2: Fresh Jerseys. I need my digital guys with big hearts to have swag
Priority #4: BCS Conference. I like the bigger stage and pageantry that comes with these major conferences
Priority #3: Defensive minded team with a decent Offense. Rarely if ever will I have a team which my Offense is rated higher
Priority #4: Middle of the road & Underdog school. I like the uphill challenge in chess matches

Re: What's your factor?
My musts going forward since UNC didn't match my play style this year or last year:
Good FB
2 good HBs
Moderately fast QB
OFFENSIVE LINE
Not stopping anyone on D anyway

Re: What's your factor?
I actually did a rating system last night to determine my draft list. incorperated like 10 ratings + other factors plus gradings and weighings based on probability.
I like the picks it's given me

Re: What's your factor?
Mine is simple,
i feel I can play pretty solid defense with any team but my offensive skills are average, so I would like to have a good offensive team that balances out my weaknesses

If flexbone is run, can you have 3 HBs on the field or does the FB need to stay in there?
