nope, my contest, I put the rules that you can change your pick up to the kick off of your game. I also stated that you can join week 2 but you obviously use your bye week 1. ive been in a ton of these over the years and a VERY common strategy is to use your bye week 1. Plus I stated before the competition started that this was ok and no one questioned it. Half the competition is almost always eliminated after week 1, thats how survivor pools work.
