Was playing COD for awhile then went to switch games and put in NCAA. After doing so, it was loading up then I heard lots of beeps from the PS3 and it turned off. When I attempted to turn it back on, I saw a green light immediately, then a quick yellow light before several blinking red lights followed. I have a 80GB fat boy that I bought in 2007. What I'm most pissed about is that NCAA is now stuck inside.

i'm not sure there are any 'quick fixes'
i brought mine to a computer repair shop and the guy took out my game for me for free... then i went to gamestop and just traded it in and then bought a new one. they never checked to see if mine worked but others say they've checked and wouldnt return it.

There are ways to get the game out, if you do a search on youtube you can find a couple ways.

That is "Yellow Light of Death" and it is toast.
Assuming it is an old (and not the new slim one) it means that your board has overheated and needs to be "re-flowed" with a heat gun. It requires opening the entire thing up, taking it completely apart, cleaning off thermal compound from the CPUs, re-flowing the soder with a heat gun, applying new thermal compound, and putting the whole thing together again.
If you have a heat gun, the total cost for this will be $6 and a couple hours of your time (you can buy "Antec Silver Thermal Compound" at an electronics store for about $6).
If you don't have and can't borrow a heat gun from someone, you can buy one for less than $20.
It is also useful to have rubbing alcohol to clean off the old compound from the CPUs.
