Who determines the sliders, the inviting coach?

Also, Ive noticed some guys pausing prior to the game and adjusting "coach settings". Is there a reason? I went into it and I noticed you can increase defensive pressure and stuff like that. Seems fishy.

you can kind of tell what the guy is turning up or down by looking where he scrolls down to

i use it to turn off auto subs and auto timeouts and make sure my play art is on
