My name is John im 21 years old from CT and before we get any ghost questioning, i am ndlmatt (matt32)'s twin brother. We both played in several leagues with alot of NDL owners pre-dating the NDL. My user name is john24 and AIM is jkandrot24. I guess thats about it, thanks for the invite

just so its official i pulled the connecticut official rules:
Two forms of the same identification will not be accepted. if any document presented is in a language other than English, it must be translated by an approved translator.
Primary Documents:
* U.S. birth certificate or registration of birth (must be issued by an authorized United States government agency such as the Bureau of Vital Statistics or State Board of Health. (Hospital issued certificates are not acceptable)
* U.S. Valid Passport or Passport Card
* Unexpired foreign passport with a valid, unexpired U.S. visa affixed accompanied by the approved I-94 form documenting applicant's most recent admittance to the U.S. (See additional document requirements listed in the Non-U.S. Citizen section below).
* Valid U.S. citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documents

Certificate of Naturalization
o
Certificate of Citizenship
o
Permanent Resident Card
Secondary Documents:
*
Valid U.S./U.S. Territory Canadian photo driver license which must be surrendered
*
Valid out-of-state or Canadian issued photo learner permit must be surrendered
*
Connecticut non-driver identification card which must be surrendered when driver license is issued
*
Connecticut photo learner permit which must be surrendered when driver license is issued.
*
Military ID or dependent card with photograph
*
Connecticut pistol or firearm permit
*
Military discharge/separation papers (DD-214)
*
Court Order: Must be original or certified copy and contain full name and date of birth. Examples include name change, adoption, marriage or civil union certificate, marriage or civil union dissolution, gender change. (Does not include abstract of criminal or civil conviction)
*
Marriage license (certified copy issued by town/city)
*
Pilot's license (issued by the U.S. DOT Federal Aviation Administration)

School record/transcript (must be certified )

Social Security card (laminated or metal cards not acceptable)
*
Connecticut State Department of Social Services (DSS) issued photo public assistance card
*
Connecticut Department of Corrections original certificate of identification

Baptismal certificate or similar document

Welcome to the league. Ive seen your name before quite a few years ago. Were you ever in the CSFL?

i played on LD from 03 to 06 i believe, many NCAA Leagues and a few Madden, I was apart of "The U" Community, then ncaa leagues such as OCFL, NNBL, BSW, SBCOL, OMML, OSPL, and a few "C" leagues.
