Re: NFL Thread
Hire Elway as GM. Re-sign Champ to finish his career in Denver. Drop McDaniels' salary based on "cause" due to SpyGateJr. Lure in Jim Harbaugh. Wade Phillips as DC,
. Gary Kubiak as OC,
. Try to get Luck in draft to compete with Tebow behind Orton, if not trade back and start working on the O and D lines through the draft....
this is all too similar to the situation with my Huskers. Hot shot "offensive guru" comes in to take team to next generation, destroys team, gets fired...the Huskers seem to be on the right track back and hopefully Denver can do the same.

Re: NFL Thread
Belichek goes for it on 4th and 3 from the 25 and gets a TD.
Who was it that said it was arrogant when coaches go for some 4th downs.

And how does rex ryan not challenge there? What a fool. No doubt that gets called back.

Re: NFL Thread
lol, Im in shock, but still here. Being outcoached, outreffed, outmanned here. But don't forget the second half of game #1. Someone needs to tell Rex that he is down by 3 TD's here. 4th and short midfieldish you punt. Defense gets the stop and you come out running 2 plays and put your struggling QB in a 3rd and long. Dumb IMO.

Re: NFL Thread
I hate Tom Brady, I dont know why really, maybe its because he burnt the Buckeyes, or maybe that almost everytime the Steelers have played the Pats they ve been destroyed, but I respect what hes done over the years. The last few weeks hes only dismantled the Steelers and Jets defense.

Re: NFL Thread
This game had so much build up, what a letdown.
At least the Heat played tonight, that was much more entertaining, lol.

We ve been laughing about it, all the heat needed to do to get on track is play Cleveland.
Re: NFL Thread
this is embarassing. And mind you my first ever live NFl game was the Jets losing 56-3 to the Pats in 79. Although I was only 7, the only thing I remember about that game is Steve Grogan's neck roll and the cold-ass bleacher seats. And I have to stay up and watch to make sure Holmes doesn't get 22 and if that happens, arrghh.
