Need help recruiting
I'm doing terrible in an online dynasty I'm in with some non-league friends. It's week 8 and I still only have one commit I got week one. I didn't even aim high I only recruited 3 5* and then pretty even split tween 3* &4*s. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

well one thing I have noticed...
if you are a low prestige school stick to 3star guys and maybe a 4 here and there... I would say not to recruit more then 20 guys per year.. So you can spend at least 30 mins with each recruit per week. Even better he can get that 20 down to 15. And just add guys to your list as you lose the guys are sign guys throughout the year.
Open up the pitch so you can see how well he likes something as soon as possible. If you are better in something then another competing school always compare.
If you believe you can come through on a promise.. then make that promise.. that is 100 plus points you can add that phone call, which are big. Don't be afraid to sway a pitch, but more then anything the more time you spend with the recruits the more likely they are to sign.
Also I cant stress this enough it is much much much easier to recruit from the states near home and pipelines then trying to steal recruits from states no where near you or in state that is not a pipeline.. specially if you are competing against human recruits.
Also never waste recruiting time.. know when it is time to throw in the towel and move on to the next recruit and remove that player from your list.

I understand that when a player has a list of Top 3, 5, 8, etc, and you are listed as N/A that you should avoid the recruit. However, what if it is Top 10? Do you still have a chance if you are listed as N/A

Yes you have a chance. Especially if it is a pipeline state.
