I'll also get an official blanace sheet out to you guys this week, prolly Friday, before I download any new songs showing what everyone put in the kitty, what we've purchased and how much we have left.

New game comes out some time in September so we will have so many damn songs once we get the new one. They give us 20 free ones when we purchase RB2 as well as the ones we already have downloaded AS WELL as the new ones on the disc.

Im thinking over 250ish songs or so!!

I think from the old boards we stopped at the System of the Down songs. Not sure if you ever grabbed those but that was a consensus pick.

Other than that I dont think we have missed anything.

What Mo said. This upcoming one should be even better as they have the single player World Tour mode. I played the hell out of it and even dabbled in the online every now and then before NCAA came out and took up most of my PS3 time.

When the new one drops later this year my NCAA time will greatly suffer. I think the XBOX version comes out in 2 weeks but the PS3 version isnt until October.

Basically we all pay Nole $25 through paypal or whatever you can.I usually post the new stuff that comes out every Friday and we take an impromptu like vote on whether we want to grab the new stuff or not.

Nole then downloads it to his PS3 and we sign in under his name and download it. Dont know how this works now if there will be more than 3 downloads?

I guess we will have to discuss that.

oh ok, so i guess the ps store only allows so many downloads before you have to pay again?

i guess its not something that can be send to the hard drive and saved to a hard drive somewhere, because i think it installs as soon as you download them.

No, they save to your hard drive once you download them. They are on there unless you delete them.

Yea, I think its 3 or 4 downloads before you pay again. Nole knows the specifics but he hasnt posted in this section in a while.

yea, unfortunately holmey we're maxed out with me, nasty, matt jeffmo and wes.

when you download the songs you're paying for 5 "licenses"..kinda like when a business buys 300 "liscenses" for microsoft office.

but with this, onnce you hit the 5th download (which wes just did about a month ago), you cant get anymore.

maybe now that everyone sees what we're saying and know this ISNT like napster or some other file "stealing" thing and that RB actually encourages it, there are at least 5-10 other ndl guys with the game now that may jump in a group with ya.

the way we work it is I do under my account and changed my Pw for the ps3 to something temporary for the other 4 guys to use.

they log in using my id and the temp pw and just goto the store and download the songs.

They all pay me via paypal and I keep an excel spreadsheet that shows what songs we have and how much money is left/used.

I have all the instructions step by step via email and can forward that to you if you get a group going

i wish we could do more than 5!
