If your the commish I could see how it does keep the players but for everyone else it does not.

Just checked with a guy in one of my other leagues that went ahead and convinced some players to stay and he thinks it didn't stick. He's going to check tonight, I'll keep you posted.

I am the commish of a league as well and I got to keep my players I convinced and the other players could not.

Yeah it's a save issue. I wish EA would fix the bugs for online dynasty. It's an awesome feature and could be even more amazing if shit actually worked like offline dynasties.

The only way to get the players to stay if you not the commish is to be in the dynasty and have them convinced to stay when the commish is in the dynasty and ready to advance it.

and then the recruiting part
