Re: Mo, Nasty, Ward, Nole & Wes Rockband
Good post to sum it up Nole.
Holmey I think AJ,Peay,Priest, and Brocam also are going to end up getting it and will most likely be on board if you want to start up a DLC group with them.
Ill make a list so we know who will be getting the PS3 one so we can have an idea when the game drops who to look for online nights and stuff like that.

Re: Mo, Nasty, Ward, Nole & Wes Rockband
was fun getting the few songs in with you tonight, if we can find some more people, i am down to start a download group, you picked probably the best songs in just the few we did play.
have you tried to up to hard on guitar? i was stuck on medium for the longest time, but once i got the hang of the hard button, expert isnt that much different than hard, just some quicker button combos. you were hitting high 90s on medium.
when you start to do hard/expert, i started by moving my hand down so that the pointer is on red, and pinky on orange, makes the reach to green easier than the reach to orange.
send me a request if you are on again and see me on there.

Yeah, I've been messing with the hard level on my own. I almost think having such big hands may be a little bit of a disadvantage in this game. The neck of the guitar is so thin that it gets kind of awkward to bend my wrist and hit the buttons. The fast button combos are pretty damn hard.

u know what they say about guys with big hands

another thing I didnt know that helped was the notes that are smaller than the normal ones, you don't have to strum on those, just move to that fret button when it passes. This makes the quick combos on hard / expert a little easier, as you dont have to strum as much.
for the longest time, i would strum all the notes, regardless of if i needed to or not.

Yeah I started to catch on to that when we played Vaseline (insert inevitable joke here). It's just a matter of getting the timing down.
Oh and Bearass, they wear big gloves.

Re: Mo, Nasty, Ward, Nole & Wes Rockband
k, i downloaded the system of a down songs.
i need to know the consensus on rhcp...im up for just buyin gthe whole album for $19.99 as it inlcudes like 15 songs...but then again, you guys let me know and if only 6 or less are worthwhile at $1.99 a song, that made be the btter route.
lemme know and i'll get em tomorrow or tonight.
VERY IMPORTANT RULE OF THUMB:
If you see me on aim please do NOT log in under me and boot me off...i may be in a league gm.
even if i have my away message up.
if im not on aim at all, then it should be a green light to grab em
again, system of a down songs are ready (if im not on aim)
actually, if im on that just means aim me to see if im in game...i could just be on pc fucking around
