I was glad to see his ass get lit up for once, even though we couldn't do shit otherwise. It'll remind people that the dude is not immortal, and half of beating Florida is the intimidation factor. We were scared little bitches the whole 1st quarter. I bought into the "Hartline's" better hype, but he still sucks as far as I can tell.

Hartline IS better; problem was, we kept getting into long-yardage situations, and he's not a game-winner. He's a manager. He's not like Woodson, but he's not crappy either. Joker's at fault for making him do all that fucking "check with me" crap at the line; just call a play and RUN IT. Hartline operates best when he has the running game going and he can work the short passes and go play action. When he's having to take five and seven step drops and wait for deep routes to develop, he's going to have trouble.

All I know is that I hope Massakowski or Newton develop enough to take over next year; I know Hartline will be a senior, but Brooks won't care if a better option is available.
