I've never played poker outside of the internet, so it likely will be me just handing them my entry fee.

I went and played a local tournament for the Saturday. Its one of those free ones at a bar where you cant bet real money and the top 3 win bar tabs and stuff

Ive only played online except for once in New Orleans about 3 years ago.

I figured it would be newbs and I could at least fake shit for the most part...there were some dudes there taking themselves WAAAAAAAAAY too seriously for a damn $25 bar tab.

Anyway, I didnt realize in the freebies you have to actually deal when its your turn.

I cant stress to you enough how embarass I felt asking the chick beside me If I was "doing this right"

I played for about 20 mins, dealt 4 times and ended up going all in with a 4/10 suit aginast what I was pretty sure was a good hand just to get the fuck outta there

fuck that dealing..I cant walk and chew gum much less concentrate on shit and deal to 7 strangers at my table at the same time.

anyway though Tren, you may be surprised with how well you can do. Just be patient...too many times I see when people are playign live they feel like pussies if someone raises them and they wont just fold a hand.

fuck that...a good fold is as good in most cases as a good raise or call

Well, that is good to know, Nole. I play the game very mathematically since that is what makes me the most comfortable.

I'm gonna play in at the very least 1 of those Planet Hollywood tournies since I'll be staying there next week. If I do well, I'll probably play another and go from there.

I was just razzing you nolie...I think live play is better than online because you can actively judge your opponent and read them.

The problem is...the lower the buy in...the bigger the DONKEY.

Unless they have money out the wazoo...and then they may be a rich donkey.

Just play the way you do and think this way....IF you think they CANT beat you...then think again....it can happen.

lets meet at the Mirage sportsbook at 430-500 on friday to watch the Louisville/Pitt game. Then at halftime we can walk over to the Samba Grills bar and have these drinks that will tear you up. They are called Caipirinha. just like a mojito ,but it lime, sugarcane and Cachaça. they are smooth and will tear you up.

I am down for some racing earlier in the day on friday. they open at 11am and we can meet there.its called polepositionraceway.com its fun place to hang out for awhile.

im headed to see a band steel panther play on friday or saturday night. not sure yet. but anybody is more then welcome to join me. they play 80s hairband songs with a little twist. kinda like the dan band from old school and the hangover. and its a free show.

count me out for going to night clubs. im not down for the whole scene. over priced drinks and groups of girls that have cock blocking on their mind all night. ill wait around outside for the one being carried out that is looking for her mouth to be abused.

Since I've been accused of being a playground bully by NDL Florida and always planning shit too much (in all fairness, prolly true) I want to say keep in mind this is a living document.

This is simply an outline for some type of plan so we dont get there and have 20 dudes running around call each other on cell phones like bitches going "what do you wanna do? I dunno, what do y'all wanna do?"

Speak up (respectfully) if you have different ideas than anything that may be on ythe boards even though I know most of us are easy going and D4W
