Fanduel / Draft Kings Discussion
Re: Fanduel / Draft Kings Discussion
Florida #DFS class action identifies various "sub-classes" named after Haskell, Boccio, Saahil, and Dinkmeyer. Very sophisticated complaint

Dinkmeyer is a "roto expert" I think. He was always on the fantasy sports channel on sirius. He also was in one of those commercials having won big

The only surprise about Nevada protecting its gambling industry against DFS is that it took Nevada so long to do it.

Re: Fanduel / Draft Kings Discussion
There were a few states that already had the restriction before this. When I was in AZ a week ago, I went to check on a lineup I had made while I n OK. It would not let me access my entry due to state restrictions.The_Niddler wrote:Both sites still work. Is it just if you are in Las Vegas you cannot access them?

Ethan Haskell is the DK employee that won on FD. Matt Boccio works for FD and has won a good amount on DK. Saahil Sud is user "Maxdalury" probably the top rated DFS guy going right now. He lives about 1 block from DKs headquarters. Drew Dinkmeyer is a DFS pioneer (imo). "Dinkpiece" was/is his user name. He was probably one of the first that got heavy into the analytical side.

The site one of my buddies started, Fantasy Hub, helps charity along with handing out cash and gear/experiences for winners. They have a GPP Tip-off Tourney on Tuesday night.
If you join up on my referral link, you (and I) will get a free ticket into the tournament, click here. https://fantasyhub.com/r/jasox3ivz

So after Daniel signed up I checked w him, and not only do you not have to pay anything to take advantage of the free $20 entry, but you guys are able to cash out via PayPal so you get the money quick.
If you have any DFS interest at all, I'd jump on this. The contest is maybe 15% full right now, so plenty of spots left, and it's a guaranteed $50k pool, even if it doesn't fill up!

EDIT: Dave and Dan had the same question--if you join via that link and click on the tournament, it will ask you to pay for your entry. You will need to click on "My Contests" to view your free entry.

Caught this with about 10min left before tipoff... threw some shit against the wall. Hopefully it's not diarrhea.jsence2 wrote:jsence2 wrote:The site one of my buddies started, Fantasy Hub, helps charity along with handing out cash and gear/experiences for winners. Oh well, I've got seven entries in, only 2011 entries in there (one of which is my empty one), and 1000 entries cash, so....let's hope we have more blank entries!!!

Re: Fanduel / Draft Kings Discussion
Well, that was profitable for us!
Pending any adjustments, I'm sitting at $130 (top 500 with one entry, top 1000 with three others); Daniel is sitting at $30 (top 1000). Dave and Mike didn't finish too far off.
The site often does free entries for their NFL games simply by you responding to an email on Thursday with the winner of the TNF game. They also do lots of promos. Keep an eye out, rack up some easy cash. In the last 3 days I've made over $150 and I've wagered a grand total of $3. And I never deposited that money, I won it from a free game a few months back.

We should have both gotten free entry into their NFL game this weekend and didn't. I have emailed them to see if they can fix it.

Re: Fanduel / Draft Kings Discussion
I had AD in all my teams and Nate/Bazemore in a few, they hurt me. I took Marcus Morris out of my top team and he went off. Oh well, I'll take money with no risk and not be greedy lol
