From time to time there will be conflicts on ideas and philosophy of gameplay and you will find yourself in a disagreement with another coach.
We hope that in most cases, as grown men, you can iron out these differences with your opponent via aim to find a compromisable solution.
If however after all good faith efforts, you find you need to escalate the matter to a conf commish, please be sure to utilize the HIGHLIGHTS feature in the game to record specific examples of rule infractions or unsportsmanlike occurences.
We admins treat everyone equally no matter if you're a 1st year noob or 27 season vet. As such, if you get into a he said / he said battle, all we have to go by is the statements each coach is giving which at times makes it very difficult to determine the next course of action given the effort we put into trying to be fair with the solution.
You do NOT need to put these types of highlights in your game recaps. These are highlights to be reported for viewing to your conf commish when submitting a complaint.
Please take the time and effort to do so allowing us to be as fair as possible.
Thanks
