Well their current strikers are Peter Crouch (the 6'8" ghoul who is dating a major WAG, so you'll love that), jermaine Defoe, and Ramon Pavlyuchenko.....so Adebayor would be a huge upgrade. He did well for Real Madrid on loan last spring.

SWP is still there, he's just never used lol. I'll keep you updated if Bolton get the deal done to sign him.

And United has the history of the Yankees, but Man Schitty spends WORSE than the Yankees did in the mid 2000's.

Also, there are now rumors that Paris St-Germain (which is owned by the same oil conglomerate out of the Middle East that owns ManSchitty....no conflict of interest there!) has topped Bolton's bid for SWP. Not sure if this is a real possible move, or if the owners of the club (again, conflict?) are trying to drive up the bid from Bolton.

And Arsenal will finish gutting their midfield today, as it appears Nasri is in Manchester and has agreed to a deal with them, and they will pay the Gunners 25 million pounds. Arsenal will replace them with....nobody, because they don't like to spend money.

has man city ever won anything?

i did a quick wiki search to try to figure out what the joke corey was trying to make was and why it was an 'A'.... all i can see is that they spend a lot of money and they haven't been very successful.

i also think its hysterical they are owned by the ruling family of Abu Dhabi... thats not very fair for the other owners, lol
