will advance every 48 hours unless there is a user game that needs more time

Are there user games required and how many? Because of my work schedule (swings) and the Pacific Time Zone........I cannot do more than one user game because of the 48 hour advances. If one is only required, then please give me the Clemson Tigers. I usually play after midnight my time.
