From what I understand factors don't change, pretty sure that has been discussed. You could have 100ft high fences it doesn't change the factors

no they can be. My park was changed from a pitchers park to a neutral one.

You have to change the factors though right?

Yes. When you move your fences, Niddler puts the new information into the spreadsheet and then it tells him the new factors that go back into the game.
