Another lesson we learned from Jeffmo is that running this league WILL drive u crazy and never want to participate in online gaming again.

Imagine your worst day youve had when you thought about walking away then multiply that times at least 20 lol.

Each commish will go for 3 seasons or 6 seasons, then will nominate someone else. That persons qualifications and ability to lead NDL is discussed by former commishes and given a chance to see what all and how much it entails to run the league and accept the post.

i'm thinking this is sarcasm, but i'm under the impression that there is no voting in this and it's just based off of who the commisioner at the time wants to take over.

lol, beefy as prez = 10 people in the league TOPS as he boots everyone else.

no voting, as stated - a candidate is nominated then discussed/approved my former commishes (jmo, mike and myself currently)

voting would have a tendancy to create groups, then subsequently battle lines..that would then foster an us vs them which wouldnt be good for morale in the log run.

This is simply a video game league. Dont want "power battles" lol and all that would/could ensue with voting.

BASICALLY...Its Jeffmo's league. Was in the beginning, always will be. If/When he comesback he always has the option to take over or work his way back in slowly...whatever he wants to do.

We are kinda like the prime ministers for the league and Jmo is the King

How does one become a conference commish?

could we make an application to fill out??Just feel like you are forever stuck on the bottom unless someone likes you right now...not sure if that was said right.

I have ran several leagues
Worked with ESPN for 2 seasons
Improved my coaches reports every year.
Play my games on time
Been in the league awhile
Give respect to others
Have over 6 years real life experience managing over 120 workers and 200 youth at one time
hired/fired friends and family
and feel my rep is atleast OK with my NDL peers.
