niddler without even playing it i can tell you that this, NBA2K and FIFA are the 3 best Sports video games out there....its not close

I am not doubting you for a second.

I played this in 2011 and was blown away.
In the 2011 game, if you did not hit any buttons in the main menu and let it go into demo mode, it looked and sounded like you were watching a real MLB game.

I am looking forward to this.
Personally, it is nice not having the 3rd season of NCAA and being able to get into other games like this.

I had to let my PS3 do an update and format new for this game, and I was upstairs when it went through and it went into demo mode, sounded like I had MLBTV on in the living room This game blows 11 away. I've played RTTS and I love the way it goes to 1st person after the ball is hit. It took me a minute to get used to the 1st person fielding in the outfield, but I like it a lot. Its like tracking the ball in the air with your own eyes.

I've only played about half of a game in exhibition, but not sure whether I like the pulse, meter, or analog pitching the best. Any thoughts? What do you guys usually use?

not to be a dick but.. NHL > Fifa.. I know you probably dont enjoy the sport but its 100x better. but ya, MLB is def #1

so if someone wanted to run a season....you could have an online season, 30 teams with like 2 users? and the users could play however many they wanted verse the CPU and then sim the rest or whatever?

Yes I answered this in above post.

You can make a season of 162 games with up to 30 users and play whoever at any time, and Sim whenever. But there is no online franchise, where it really is at.

i understand you can set up a small league....but is your league 8-10 teams only or is it 8-10 users, but those users can play games verse the other 22 teams as well (controlled by the CPU)

yes AJ, i am looking for 8-10 users for a full 30 team MLB season. Which again means you will end up playing more CPU games then user games, depending on who takes what. I can adjust anything at this point if need be, But I like the fact of all 30 teams being there tho, Thus meaning 22 or so teams will be CPU controlled.

Ugh! Maybe I should just buy it...I usually like to trade in a game to get a game, but I'm not ready to trade in nba2k13 just yet...plus I want to get Tiger. Might just have to shel out $120 for both.
