Right but I also understand why coaches were given a little more time because an official time wasnt announced on the deadline, just the date.

Even if he doesnt leave I may not get em depending on where Im sitting in the order.

Why would anyone need an exact time when it says you had to declare by the 19th?

That means declarations had to be in when the calendar still said the 18th. That ended as of midnight PST at the very latest, which was 14 hours ago.
