That being said I pop 1 pill a day and drink like a fish on the weekends and havent had an attack in over 2 years now.

First attack was LSU game. Just hot and irritated big toe. Then again after a night of drinking election night. This Monday night after a weekend of drinking it turned in to bloody hell. Stiff,swollen and pain all the way to my heel.

Glad to know I have hope to drink beer

I have had such bad attacks I couldn't put weight on it and down for like a week.

Get that same once a day pill and join the old mans drinking club.

I wear my gout like a badge of drinking honor over the years!

I had gout once during my free wings each week at BWs for a year.
Luckily nothing since then and that was about 5-6 years ago.
