Played a few drop in games. I have a hunch that there is an exploit to seriously boost your player. I'm hoping I'm wrong that these are just some incredibly dedicated players.

A lot of blue hair, a lot of 5'3 guys flying around the pitch.

Good tip for anyone setting up your player... remember to use your EASFC points to unlock Online Pro Player Boosts. I didn't see any filters in the EASFC setup this year, so you just have to suffer and scroll down through all of the levels to find them.

For all of the talk about pace being a major advantage, I'm not really seeing it in pro clubs. It's not really possible to time up runs and bomb a lobbed through ball ahead, because the ball hangs in the air and the AI defenders win it 90% of the time. On the rare occasion that they don't win it, they always seem to be in good position and rip the ball away after the first touch. The only advantage I've found with pace is if a player has their passing assist setup to allow them to lead the other players further than normal. You can punch a through ball pretty far ahead and if the pacey player can get a should by the defender, they've got a chance at a breakaway. It seems like a normal through ball, without having this setting adjusted, doesn't lead to anything.

Most club games I have played tend to be of the 1-0 to 2-1 variety. I've seen 4 goals once, that I can remember.

Had a solid run last night with a lot of laughs. The club had a 1-0-4 record when we kicked off our first game and we ended up coming back and winning the league and getting promotion.

Quick club notes:
- My guy prefers to aim for the 12th row of the stands
- Wondo... I mean Jason, can't finish from 3' out, dead center
- Ted can't shoot... literally... can not hit the circle button
- Tarheel gets credit for everything good that happens... he could be picking his ass in a corner and he gets credit... seriously

I can't shoot from 3 yds, but I can get the ball in midfield, weave through guys ala Giggs, and beat four defenders for a goal gotta love it
