I felt like it had more to do with resources needed to run a game being called on in other areas of the state, more than the weather after the storm.

You can't get a snap off in that situation, regardless if they had been ready or not. You have to be set for a second before you can snap it. Also the WR to the left was not set and he was on the line,covering up the inside slot WR, making it illegal man downfield. So many things wrong with that la...
