think im gonna go ahead and at least book the hotel but hold off still on flight.
What hotel did we decide on?
What was the biggest/best sportsbook for a group of this size? (if everyone shows...though in reality i think we'll prolly dwindle down to 10-12 by the end...still a good showing though)
Werent we leanign towards staying at the palms? but sportsbook somewhere else?

Don't forget I took credit for that 10-12 number. But don't worry, Corey wouldn't let you forget
You guys are learning towards staying off the strip? Interesting.

i'm not going to be there, but you should DEFINITELY be staying at the Palms or the Hard Rock imo unless you want to spend some coin

Caesars is the best sportsbook in my opinion.
It is owned by harrahs but 2 different hotels.
The palms and hard rock are not cheaper than on the strip hotels but the atmosphere is ridiculous for a guys trip and the beat going out places hands down.
I think I'm still going package deal as it always has ended up cheaper every time I have gone but put up some prices and convince me otherwise.
I always love MGM because it's a bad ass hotel with a great sports book and poker room and a great place to gamble with cheap rooms.
I am down with hard rock and the palms though as the atmosphere can't be beat and jump a cab to the strip.
I don't care if 2 guys go or 120, it's vegas, it's college football saturday and its vegas. If we can make alabaster Alabama a fun as he'll trip, I can't even imagine vegas again.

AJ, you, and I need to get iron out when we are booking so we can all get the same flight and all.
I'll book whenever. Just want to make sure we are all on the same page.

Nope not to late at all.
We will get it all ironed out soon. Probably at the next ndl gathering but we will be drunk and before we know it, book the Hefner suite at the Palms.

sorry nole, that was kind of a confusing post i made
i was saying that palms or hard rock are best bang for your buck considering the atmosphere... if you're young and in vegas you should be staying at one of those simply for the atmosphere... its all young single partying crowds... lobbies are still buzzing at 4:30 after the clubs get out, etc
i was saying if you wanted to spend coin and stay at a sick hotel then i'd recommend THE Hotel, thats my favorite by far but probably not something necessary for this trip, although i love the sports book at Mand. Bay

Im with Dave on this one.
Single or not single, there is no better total atmosphere for hanging outthan those 2.
The talent alone at the Palms is worth the price of admission.
Hard Rock has some great bars with a great environment that is going all the time.
Thats the only thing about the bigger strip hotels, some of them die down real early if you arent in an actual club. At the Palms and Hard Rock, the bars seem to always be hopping.
I really dont care where we stay because we will make our own party(no homo) but if we go out, those 2 places go to the top of the list.

No question about it, if you're looking for girls between 21-35, Palms and Hard Rock are the best places to go. Most of the strip casinos are still good on the weekends though, but those are the best, their sportsbooks are at the bottom though. I would imagine Hard Rock would have great prices that weekend also.
