Would rather get the best coach that fits my org and not have to worry about this extra layer which seems to have too much effect IMO.

Or you could just not waste money on coaches and then you wouldn't have to worry about it.

10/10 recommendation. Its hard enough to find coaches that fit your build style who mesh with your players. This added level just seems unnecessary. If you go and do some research you'll see a lot of people citing examples of just how badly this can affect your team if your coaches are feuding.

I know it is a weekend but I'd like more than 11 votes to get this official. Please vote on this today
