Winer Meetings - Minor League Coaches

Okay, To do this properly. We need to start bottom and work way up. Theres clearly some people who dont like coaches, or see a need, and some that do. I can see the need for Major league coaches, cause you can def name them in real life, and I think if we just had Major, we'd probably remember names more as the list would be smaller.
Anyways, I think we first need to address the minors. If it passes, clearly majors will too. I think the three options should be
Yes - Keep Em
No - Get Rid
Optional - Have if you want, Dont have if you dont want
If this passes, so No or Optional wins, then we can have a vote on Major League Coaches because I'm sure opinions will change.
I also think it should be set in the opening post since we've yet to establish a %, but whatever # has more votes wins, with a minimum of 20? (im fine with this number being rasied/dropped) votes.
If everyone thinks thats okay. Lets vote.

I think a good compromise would be to
just have the ML level coaches as I have yet to see any difference in minors with having vs not having.
they either develop or they dont.

i was gnna say. right now were not at 20 but its looking very much like "No/Optional" is going to cruise so should be bubye mandatory coaches. now it comes down to optional (whcih u gotta assume all the yes' would pick right?) and flat out no.
