Oh, no doubt.
I already told Corey that, and in 1-2 years after 10+ WAR, he'll flip Hewitt for 2 prospects much better than the 2 I got.

Yea, it would be SHOCKING to see an 80 rated, top 5 player that has averaged 7WAR a season excel in a stacked lineup.

Why does everyone think so short term? He is trading his farm for studs he does not need to level things out down the road. Everyone should be happy about these trades. Some dudes (Kevin) just whine no matter what you do

yaaaa..lets tone down the "helping others" tho.. trading your 4th best SP prospect whos out 3 months with an "unknown" injury? ya.. draining the talent .. .. ..
he did this trade cause its a good trade for him.

He traded a much younger 3B who many scouts and OSA think will be a star and a good pitching prospect for a late 20 year old guy with a huge contract that he does not need at all. He stopped trying to flip vets for more prospects and now is trading a ton of prospects for vets. What exactly do you want him to do?
