The Hoosiers got a #2 seed despite finishing 6th in the Big Ten. They had a really high RPI thanks to a brutal out of conference schedule.

Their run diff is 227, LSU's is right behind at 209, LSU is 49-17.

They've given up 131 runs in 59 games, just crazy. But they're missing their best rapey pitcher, that gives us a great chance.

Yea, didn't go well. I liked our chances. We had the better offense and probably the better starter on the mound. Our starter had forearm tightness and was pulled in the 3rd inning, but I don't know that had much to do with 13-1 lol.

FSU is pitching a guy with a 5+ ERA today, so hopefully we can get the W there. Then we get the 56-4 possible all time best team and have to beat them twice. But at least they don't have their rapey pitcher!

Didn't read any posts above this one, got through the first 3 words or so and was really wondering what was going on up in this thread

LSU beats Oregon St 3-1, rubber match is tomorrow, winner goes to the championship series.

Beavers were on a 23 game win streak. Their starter was 14-0, and the team was 19-0 in games he pitched. Higher seeded team was 10-0 in the CWS headed into this one.

Didnt oregon state lose their ace cause hes a predator?
