I'll be back, not sure what position I'm going to be this time. I might actually get to ENJOY being a holding midfielder for once.

The problem in the past is that the demo and the game have been worlds apart on the things I want fixed. They seem fixed in the demo, but then you get the game....and the online plays fast as always.

With the beta, I'm playing both CPU games AND online games. The online games feel the same, they don't feel like I'm playing an arcade version of the same game. That is what has me so up on this version.

Plaved a few guys last night, we were chatting and they felt the same, it feels so much smoother and more realistic, rather than a track meet.

yes, but you say the same thing every year so its really really hard to take anything you say seriously when it comes to a review.

i hope you're right. actually, i love the game anyways, but i hope you're right for your own sake!

The first month when everyone is playing the online team play mode (can't remember the specific name of it at the moment) is probably the most fun I have on a game each year. There's at least 2-3 literal "laugh out loud" moments a night.

Pro Clubs. I sort of wish I had gotten that beta invite, but I'm enjoying the FUT one quite a bit.

And I'm right every single year....for the offline part only :(

That said, I'm seeing reports that the kickoff goal glitch may be back (not the one where you kickoff and score, but the one where you kickoff, hit long lobbed through ball instantly, and the defense stands still leaving the attacker 1 v 1 on goal half the time). If that's true then I expect they will fix it.

Best glitch I've seen so far is last night, guy I was playing passed up making a quick throw-in, so his guy goes to drop the ball....then tucks it like a football and runs around. He just ran around until it finally fixed it about 60 seconds later, but a few people have actually scored goals by running it into the goal like a touchdown

Did they keep that min/max caps in place... and are they realistic?

Are you talking about pricing? Yes, there are limits to how much you can ask for in regards to a player.

Nice. I was a big fan of that price. As long as they control the coin glitches, FUT could be much improved this year. I played it a lot until May/Jun and I was still enjoying it.

The "pace abuse," "lob abuse," and any other abuse that has come and gone in previous seasons has never really bothered me. Most of it is easy to counter and it really only matters are the top of in Div 1. Most guys in 10-2 really don't understand how to maximize that stuff.

As for Pro Teams, I'll definitely be playing. My initial plan is that once our NDL team dies off (which it inevitably does), I may keep playing and go join a team on RedCafe, depending on their play times (a lot are Euro).

I'll be getting this for sure. Haven't played FIFA since we ran that World Cup tourney a few years back.

Yup. That's why I'm playing the absolute hell out of this beta

The one thing that I'm going to hate is not getting Junior Malanda for my manager mode, he's been my first purchase for three years now.

Beta was opened up yesterday for all formats to all invitees. So I'm going to give pro clubs a shot tomorrow. Figures they'd unlock everything right as I embark on a weekend where I work 26 hours today/tom/Sun, when I am normally off on Sat/Sun
