Looks like it will be released in the June timeframe.

Assuming it has the same Country Club type setup as previous years, I'll be running some kind of league again.

I also hope to do some type of Ryder Cup / President's Cup like we did last time. I had a blast with that.

And Shel, believe it or not, there is a tri-click option.....I'm not kidding.

Oh? Ohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Tri-click for life!

That alone would get me to buy this one... If gsmeshare were still around. RIP gsmeshare!

Less than 2 weeks from release. Haven't heard anything on if their is a country club feature but will certainly set that up again if possible. Anyone else planning on getting this day one?

I'll be getting my copy tomorrow. It's on my list of 3 definite purchases for this year (PGA, FIFA, N4S). I'm getting worn out on FIFA lately and the Crew isn't something I can play for more than 30-60min at a time.

From what I've heard, they've chopped the hell out of the features in this game. That's disappointing. With that said, I can enjoy a golf game without a lot of frills.

What is The Crew?

And anyone know of the features or any sort of selling point of the new PGA game?

I'm really dreading life with no gameshare.

I'm not sure what trade values are these days, but I really don't want to buy hard copies of discs, but it may be the best route so I can trade em in after I'm done.

If the Gamefly prices I saw were correct($15.95/month), that would come out to roughly 3 games per year, so it would be worth getting that instead. But FIFA and NBA 2K come out around the same time, so I kinda have to have 2 games at all times, so I'm not sure which route to go in a post-Gamesharing world.

Gamefly and buy the 1 or 2 games you play routinely like we used to do with NCAA which in your case is FIFA & NBA.

Gamefly is a no brainer for our scenario IMO as I just can't see paying full price for a game anymore unless we somehow resurrect a league where it was required or was consistently a great game to play online with everyone.

If I'm gonna buy 1 or 2 games, I feel like Gamefly is no longer needed. I can't see myself buying more than 3 games tops at full price in a year?

But going back to a no Gamefly option, that leaves me having to consider the hard copies for the trade in value, but I don't want to go back to that primive world.

With GameFly:

1. Are there contracts?
2. Can I switch from 1-2 games easily? Meaning, go to 2 games with NBA and FIFA, then probably after 3-4 months, I can go back down to 1 game.

And I guess there still is the outside option of just purchasing 1 of FIFA or 2K, and then doing the 1 game at a time Gamefly thing as well.

No. Quit and restart at anytime

Yes. Same as quitting, no requirements.

When I said our scenario, not sure why I lumped you in there knowing you are not a fan of many games that aren't sports related so your best case is buy your 2 games a year and be done.

Yea, I just kinda bypassed that comment lol.

True, but then I go back to is it worth the trade-in value to buy hard copies, or do I take the loss for the added benefit of just downloading the games right on the PS4.

So many decisions to make, damn you Gameshare!!!

I blame Ted.

I am loving Gamefly!

$22.95 per month for 2 games out at a time. So the same as buying 4.5 games per year. I love that you can keep games for as long as you want.
