San Antonio Off-season Trade Block

SP Michael "Iceman" McMahon (71/75).. I am assuming he got his nickname by how much time he spends in the trainer's room with ice on him. 
132, 117, 119, 113 ERA+ his last four seasons in San Antonio.
Can be had for peanuts. Out for 9 months, arbitration estimate for 2033 is 7.5M. Would need to resign him to extension after that. I don't have the money to offer extension and I am not paying him the arb to sit on DL for most of next season.
