Dodgers send
SP Zach Greinke (93 ovr, 30 years old)
OF Carl Crawford (81 ovr, 32 years old)
RP Brian Wilson (79 ovr, 31 years old)
Phillies send
SP Cliff Lee (92 ovr, 35 years old)
RP A. Bastardo (80 ovr, 28 years old)
OF Ben Revere (79 ovr, 25 years old)
I get two younger players, and they get an SP who is not only slightly better, but is 5 years younger.

I am not saying no or yes to this trade yet as I have not looked at it, but reading your comments....
Why go after younger players if this is a 1 year and done type of franchise?
I am going to ask Ryan this in another thread, but why is this going to be a 1 year and done franchise?

My point was, if we're looking at "why would a team make this deal", those are the reasons.
The reasons I'm making it:
1) I prefer Lee over Greinke, I just do better w him
2) I hate Brian Wilson. Like utterly hate him in real life
3) Revere is a bit better hitter than Crawford, although he gives up all that speed

Just throwing it out there, as I told Ryan, I'm just going to go by overall and if it makes sense from the current talent standpoint on the team, since we are focused on 1yr. I'm not going to get too caught up in age or projected talent.
If a guy wants to trade an 88 SP for an 88 SP just because they feel better with them, so be it. My only factors are that the CPU should be equal to, or slightly better off in the OVR department in a human vs CPU (based on players that will actually play) and a human vs human trade needs to be in the ballpark, but won't be held to ridiculous standards.

@ Niddler - Its a yr to yr thing, Cause everyone wants the ability to move up to a different team, And now that AJ quit and left his 7th pick of Boston open would change the dynamics also. So after the 1st restart we can revisit weather to keep it running after or restart again.
About this trade, This is more on the even side of things. I would have no problem with this one as I see it at this point.
