All three of my kids had their opening games tonight. It was windy and cold as hell.
Here's my youngest, David. He's 6 and this is his last year of teeball.
My oldest, Brevin is 10 and is in the major league level of this league. He had another one like this the previous inning. He also pitches and plays first.
My daughter, Rylee is 9 and is in the minor league. Her team got drilled and I didn't get a video of it but she did have a nice single to right. She played second and and did a good job of keeping the ball in front of her which is more than I can say for the rest of the scrubs on her team.

Baseball season has started again.
My oldest messed around and threw a no-hitter Friday night for his travel league team. They're only allowed to pitch four innings in this league. Nobody reached base on him and only one kid made contact and it was a comebacker that my son fielded and threw to first for the out. The kid that came in to pitch the fifth and sixth walked the bases loaded in the top of the 6th but they got out of it to complete the no-hitter.

Baseball season is going again. My 12 year old hit his first ever out of the park homer and it was a grand slam at that.

Dad pretty stoic with no comments or yells while filming a core memory for his son.
Impressive.

This is where the outfield is playing my kid now. He hit another one out tonight, a three run shot in the first off the first pitch he saw.

They didn't make fields like that when I was a kid...in Louisiana.
