A Trip Down Memory Lane (Bernie's Bombers)

I originally suggested this to Nick for his Team of the Year subject. Make it like a Silver Slugger for each league and he can backtrack to past seasons at his leisure, but I guess he didn't like it.
These are purely subjective, my opinion, and just for fun. I will call them Bernie's Bombers. But feel free to critique, clarify, or bring up omissions/snubs.
I will try to release two years at a time.

2010 was pretty cut and dry. Only 8 teams in each league, made it rather easy. Hollywood(4) and Hartford(3) dominated the Atlantic while Sheltown(4) ran the Pacific. Some big names on the list while some rather obscure ones as well. Stanley Williams and William Brown put up some monster seasons as 1-hit wonders. Still don't remember Flannery, but do remember "Boxcar" Cortes. How did Sheltown lose in 2010??
Averages for PL don't include pitcher.
Notable Snubs:
AL 1B Cullen Lorenzen, Hartford .340 avg
PL OF Bill Pickett, Westerville 33hr 126rbi .909ops
PL OF Corey Bowden, Albany 35hr 120rbi

Concordia(3) and Port Orange(2) led the AL, while the PL saw three teams with 2 guys. Sheltown, NorCal, and Steel City. Joe Telvest's Triple Crown season was an easy choice. While the PL saw two 1-hit wonders. Alonso Cruz's 158 RBI's was a record for quite some time and the season Tom Clark put together is just as impressive as Telvest's, just unfortunately ran into Cruz's 158 RBI's and Parker's .393 average.
Douglas, Rojas, and Jaime Cruz earn their second award.
And no, Jiu's 6 doubles is not a typo.
Notable Snubs:
AL OF Pablo Bojorquez, New England 35hr 124rbi
AL 3B Ken Williams, Hollywood 28hr 104rbi
PL OF Bill Pickett, Steel City 26hr 103rbi .899ops
PL 3B Dwayne Wolf, Sioux City .303avg 28hr 96rbi
PL 3B Sixto Zambrano, Westerville .333 13hr 74rbi
