Ok so here it is up for vote. TO see what every one would rather do.


Some things already decided.

- Goto Draft style for teams.
- Rewards for playing, staying active, Playoffs and such.


Tentative settings

HOF pitching
HOF batting (Could go down to AS, Depends on how it plays this year)
Balks - On
K zone - On
Hot zone - Off
Feedback settings - On
Guess Pitch - Off


Other things

- Will allow any type of hitting or pitching except Classic. So you can use Analog, pure analog, zone, zone + analog for hitting. And for pitching you can use Meter, Pulse, Analog, pure analog. There will be no classic( IE the 1 button crap).

- No Quick stealing
- Hopefully they fix this in this version but as of now, On a ball hit to RF, that is a hit. You may NOT throw it to 1B. Was a glitch in 13.
- With runners on base, Come Set ( Means after you pick the pitch allow your pitcher to do his full motion and come to a stop).




Just a few things to start, I will work on getting some official rules made up in next few days, But again may have to adjust some things based on what the game brings and offers

right. because pushing an analog stick back and forth takes so much more skill.....

Don't use that, Use the Meter, like 95% of everyone in all my leagues use.

The 1 button crap is all CPU based. Nothing else. No skill involved or anything, Just pick a pitch and it it throws it. LAME.

Same for hitting oh lets just hit the X button, Nope sorry, there is more to it then that.

Depends what you use, But since you prolly just use classic for both you wouldn't understand. YOu use the most basic form of the game.

Zone Hitting - YOu have to move the left analog where the ball is at and hit the power/regular/contact button

Zone + Analog - Same as above, but you use the analog stick to swing instead( Was new feature last year). Didn't like it

Pure Analog - Is all analog based movements and swinging ( New in 12, As for more skilled players)

Classic - Hit the X button and have to do nothing else.

Pulse Pitching - The screen shows a ball pulsating thesmaller you stop it the better the location of the pitch. Hate this

Pure Analog Pitching - have to move the analog sticks up and down and left and right, Again not a fan of this.

Meter - either hit or hold X after u select pitch, And stop it on the mark, closer to the mark, better the location of pitches, Miss high pitch goes high or wide, Miss low it goes low or in also depends on pitch.

Classic - Pitch pitch hit X. Get random spot where it throws it to.


Hopefully that is decent break down.

Its same for hitting, YOu just have to hit x to swing, ANd do nothing else, If the pitch is inside and low you hit X and it will still just hit it.

Where if u use zone, like most did in my leagues last year,you also have to move left stick with the ball in order to make better contact, instead of just mashing 1 button all the time.

It just adds to the realism.
