Might be a fun thread down memory lane.

My rankings:

MW2 – Fun game, everybody was in their prime. Nuke was an added bonus.
COD 4 – best sniper ever. Good maps.
W@W – Great maps
BLOPS – Good maps however the clear start of tech problems for the game
MW3 – Meh, Dome was good
BLOPS2 – Dumpster fire

i like the rankings...i might have put W@W at #2, not because its a better game, just due to the fun factor we had.


not going to lie, i thought i'd enjoy coming in this thread and seeing me ranked above Hoos and Jsence.

I could live with W@W and COD4 switching places. W@W had the best collection of maps ever. MP40 was annoying but tanks were a blast.

mw2 - i cant remember, but many of them were devastating
blops - famas
mw3 - mp7/ACR
blops2 - take your pick....the game is downright awful

Good rankings. Blops 2 is the worst of the bunch but due to hardpoint its saved from a dumpster fire.

There may be popular, unbalanced guns in every game but I don't think any of them came close to the saturation point that the MP40 did. I'd venture to guess 75% of the people playing used it. Put a silencer on it and it was flat broken.

probably. Looking back though I would guess it has to do just as much to do with there not being much else decent on that game....

I didn't play the last two so I would agree with this list.

But I can say I did love pissing AJ of with the double shotguns in favela at point B, when yall would load up the teams in try in get in one room.. Instead of evening the teams out.

Umm because at the time the idea was to have fun and play against other ndlers.. if you wanted them to stick around.. no one enjoys getting pushed back in their spawn by team who always plays together, and doesn't even allow them to chance to move around and stuff. So by evening up the teams in these situations you give the chance for everyone to enjoy the game, and maybe benefit by the balance listening to some of the more seasoned players, so when that full team is not on and you play with them against random people they are better for it.

I not saying even out the teams if your playing with randoms.. Or mixture, just saying when yall wanted to play all ndlers.. No one likes getting stuck in spawn non stop.. specially when new to the game, and wanting to play with friends. When you know, hey maybe if we mixed stuff up here, i could benefit in learning some things and actually get out of spawn or choke point and enjoy the game.

But to the credit of AJ, Biffy, Oldschoola, as time went on they did work with some of the non regulars more and teach at least me quite a few things as time went on.

no I totally understand that and always did.. not the loser part lol..

I was just referring to the times when we specifically formed rooms in MW2 for the sole purpose of all NDLers.
Otherwise of course play with the guys you always play with.. I mean I hope the point I trying to make could be understood.
