So I really feel humbled this season so far because my defense is flat out bad. I always feel like I want to be aggressive and blitz a fair amount as well as run mostly man defenses, but this year I cant get pressure on the qb nor can I stop the run. Now maybe Ucla is just bad on the defensive end, but I feel like I am doing something wrong. Anyone got some tips on whats working for you this season? Example I played Notre Dame last night and couldn't run on hi for anything, and then I was trying to shut his running game down and was trying alot of 4-4 and he still was able to pound me up the gut. Any tips would be appreciated.

The worst is, I seriously have doubts whether I can even win 5 games this season its that bad lol!

Umass style of defense:
1. Use ask coach and pick random play
2. Put controller down and grab beer or play as DL
3. Drink beer or spin move with DL
4. Watch other offense dominate or pray for turnover
5. Lose or shut out Utah

I'm giving EA some big time props for accurately recreating Indiana's defense.

This probably has just as good of a chance of working out as anything else I have tried.

Defense absolutely blows this year. If you are playing a running team you just have to try to get ahead and make them a passing team and pray for an INT. If you are playing a passing team hope to god you can score with them and have the ball last to give yourself a shot at winning. That's my defensive game plan all year.

This game has been weird. I have been dominating teams lately on defense, but now cant score on offense lol. Wild
