Anyone have any corporate codes for checking into hotels for cheaper rates when traveling?

I found a couple but not sure if anyone has done this and if they have ever been asked for ID when checking in.

Looking for a code for some codes for NY City hotels.

Hilton,whatever.

Typically if you're close to a university specially a big one, You can throw out that you're going there to visit the University researching continuing ed credits and they may have a different rate available for that university.

another option if you're a government contractor which sometimes requires ID, You can always throw out government contract and get a real cheap rate as well.

You can also join the Hilton group Sheraton group or whatever other hotels you want to check out and typically They may give you some discounted rates for priority members.

AAA also has pretty good rates if you're a member. Really cheap to join I believe $48 for a single person and you get pretty good rates through Them as well.

Sorry. My shit is paid for by the company. I have to be fiscally responsible but ultimately I stay in my preffered chains so that when i have a personal trip to take, i just pay with miles.
