If you want to play head to head user games ONLINE in real time and live weather, you must follow these steps in order to do so.
1.) Before going into the online lobby, go to the PLAY NOW screen on the MAIN MENU of NCAA 14. Next, choose exhibition as if you are going to play against the CPU.

2.) Now, pick any team (it can be whatever one comes up automatically) and when the options appear for uniforms, playbooks etc...just advance to the next screen menu. This is where you will choose and enable live weather.

3.) Here you should be on the pregame options screen with a few tiles mid-screen and one of which is The Weather Channel Live Feed. Click on this tile and it will take you to a menu where you can choose Live Feed, random, cloudy, snow etc. Keep it on Live Feed and hit "X" to enable it. I am not sure this is necessary, but it works every time I do it, so I am including it here. After doing this step it will grab the Live Feed from The Weather Channel and put you back on the pregame options screen.

4.) Do not start the game! Now, back out using the "O" (circle) button all the way to the MAIN MENU screen of NCAA 14. Navigate to the "ONLINE" tile and go into the lobby screen. Here you can create the NDL room or join in any lobby. Once you send the invite to your opponent, you will be taken to the "Team Select" screen and you both pick you teams, playbooks, etc. Just ready up and start the game and VOILA! your game will be played in real time and Live Weather!


REMEMBER, THESE STEPS ARE DONE BY THE HOME TEAM!!!!!

Question, is this a requirement for all NDL games? I like the idea if so, and will do this for sure.

not mandatory but encouraged. I rather play in real time.

Would be great if it's mandatory but don't see many complaining if it is forgotten or isn't used.

It's ok jsence, you didn't waste any more time reading this thread then you would have wasted reading about Kentucky football.

Nothing has changed, but like Shel said above some still don't know about this feature.

Some people could use a drink of some "being nice" juice or "remember manners" juice or "thanks for taking the time to write up a nice reminder..." juice.

I wasn't ripping him or saying the post was pointless; I was stating that it's not changed for those who didn't want to do what I did (read it, reread it, read it a third time, and realize it was just a tutorial for what we've done in the past)
