I think they are still releasing a FIFA for the PS3, no?

Depends.

I'm assuming FIFA, like Corey said, and NBA2K will still be released on PS3, that's probably confirmed I'm sure somewhere.

So it would be up to you, if you want those 2 games on PS4, then yea, NCAA would likely be your past PS3 purchase.

depends if you wanna wait til launch? Typically Fifa/NHL/Madden are late summer early fall releases and all indications have PS3 as a novemberish purchase. I mean, if we do the gamesharing its nothing for $15 each, and i guess up to you if u wanna wait it out.

Remember ps3 tho. the first year of games for that system esp EA sports were awful.

It was the 1st year of PS3 we're talking about that user control was real bad.

Yeah, it wasn't just a bad NCAA game, but one of the all time worst games that I have ever played. Just poorly made.

How long did it take to phase out PS2 and Xbox with the last NextGen systems?

My bad shel I saw last year instead of that year.

Game breakers on ps2 rivals worst of all time for.

But yea, it was the 1st release of NCAA on the PS3 that was the awful one you're thinking of.

Fingers crossed that they do a better job witht he transition this year.

I don't think all those games will be out at launch. That's a lot of games.

fifa 08 was the first made for ps3... they released fifa 13 for ps2, and are likely to release fifa 14 for ps2.

PS2 is still sold and games produced? That seems crazy to me.

Mark Rubin spoke with the Official PlayStation Magazine at E3, and he talked about how not having the finished next-gen hardware is holding up their progress of AI development.

“Slower than some of the graphics, to be honest, just because we don’t have final hardware yet”. As a result he says the team has had to be, “a little more cautious on some of that”.

Infinity Ward has been working on a new AI system for Ghosts, including not just having the AI shoot back at you, but also reacting to the environment. The AI is now a “situational AI”, not the traditional COD combat, which Rubin says, “I’m shooting at a bunch of guys and a bunch of guys are shooting at me.”

“They might behave differently to the dog,” says Rubin. “Or behave a little differently compared to the events that are happening in the level. They take some of the environment cues and pay attention to them. A lot of times they just kind of ignore the environment, they are just like ‘Ok this guy is supposed to be here I’m shooting, but the building is falling all over me… No, I’m still shooting you’. So sort of doing stuff like that”.

Mark Rubin finished by saying, “We are making big strides. We need some hardware, some finished hardware, before we can really expand”.

Has anyone seen the Nintendo machine that plays the old Nintendo and Super Nintendo games? One machine, both game slots and both controller styles.

That's a confirmed list of exclusive titles and dual platform titles.

NOT a confirmed list of launch titles. Some of those, definitely, won't be out until 2014.
