So on my reciept from gamestop it had a code to redeem for 3 players to be unlocked. I entered the code in the psn store and it said it wasn't valid....anyone know what happened with this?

When I worked at GameStop this problem happened sometimes where codes just weren't working. Make sure you are typing the code in correctly. Look for Z's that might be 2's and vice-versa. Does it say you put the code in the PSN Store and not through the game?

If you're typing it in correctly and it's still not working, call GameStop.

I'm just anti Gamestop cause they swallowed up all the small gaming stores around here.

Sony purchasing Gaikai was the first nail.

Not sure if that really is a good thing either, the fewer providers, the less reason they have to keep prices reasonable. Gamestop is way more expensive then any of the small places I used to go to, when it all becomes download only there will be a lot less competition I would think.

But when it all becomes download only they don't need equipment to press discs, make cover art inserts, and manufacture cases.

So the price for the product should go down at that point.

All we'll be paying more for is a bigger hard drive for the gaming system, which is relatively inexpensive overall.

The gaming industry wants to get rid of used games as well. Digital distribution ownership will be the next big fight.

Yes it should, but how much of the money saved will go into lower prices instead of an increased profit margin?

I don't know the last time I payed $60 for NCAA anyway. It is always on sale some way or the other (Amazon, 25% coupon on EA, whatever).

My point is once it is download only you won't have the option of getting it on sale through amazon. Hopefully EA will give a discount for preorders.

I entered in my code last night and then my PS3 went into red light of death mode. If I buy a new PS3, will I have to get a new code? Also, how do I get my game out?
