Wandering around Operation Sports saw this in their big NCAA 13 info collection

New teams: UT-San Antonio, Texas State, and UMass are in per their move from FCS to FBS. South Alabama will not be in NCAA 13.

You can't really blame EA. They did need extra time to make the grass look better.

South Alabama NOT in NCAA 13
