Titles of clips in order:
It begins.
Second.
Look within.
Control.
Prophetless.
I know there are other wrestling fans in here, so I'm throwing this up to see the thoughts of others.
I've heard everything from Taker, to Jericho, to Vince, McMahon family in general. Personally, I'm leaning toward it being Jericho. At first, I thought it was Taker because of the darkness of the vid. A little more because of it being around the same time of Kane's return. But then I got to obsessing over the videos.
It begins.
All I really got out of it was the second day of 2012 and familiar force. January 2nd obviously, which also happens to be RAW. Expected return. Cool. I'm assuming familiar force is implying someone we have seen...
The boy and the writing in the notebook caught my attention of course. What did more, was the ball that was rolling in the background in the park than vanishing...then the line claim what is his? The ball maybe? Seems like a metaphor...or could be taken literal for Punk taking the "Best in the World" claim from Jericho.
Second.
The first line goes back to taking back what others have taken. Jericho taking back his identity from Punk. Then you have the raindrops being reversed in the puddle under the swings. Maybe the undoing of a wrong? The ball again at the end with the introduction of a girl where the ball ends up...
Look within.
The rolling ball again. Then you have the reinforcement of revenge (vengeance to render his anger with fury). The boy continues to write as the girl skips behind him. Upset that Punk took up his claim? For awhile, there was some back and forth between Jericho and Punk with most of the anger coming from Y2J. Annoyed with Punk for multiple reasons. One thing I do remember is the talk when both left. Yes, I know Jericho wanted to do side projects, but Vince wants 100% commitment. Jericho was really wasted as his promo work (example: HBK feud) was very good. He spoke after he left of feeling unwanted. Enter Punk. Though he could relate I'm sure, he got the type of push and attention that Jericho felt he probably (and rightfully so) deserved when his contract ended.
Then the boy vanishes and you have the ball once again. Then the ball is back in the girl's possession. Taking the ball and running with it maybe? Jericho, in some ways, started the path that Punk is now on. I see a metaphor of the boy and girl as Jericho and Punk. I'm assuming the ball in Punk's possession implies that he took what Jericho started and built off of it to help get to the top of the ranks. Maybe the girl looking at the boy's writing also is hinting towards that.
The boy standing in the corner makes me think not of timeout, but of being forgotten. With all the excitement that Punk has shot into the WWE, Jericho's past work has been forgotten. Everyone was excited to see him in DwtS and anxiously hoped for his return. Then it died off and fans got on board with Punk. This could be implied by the girl standing in the spotlight and facing the camera while the boy sits in the shadows writing.
Control.
The start seems to imply "he" has been waiting to return. Then you have the girl in the background with the ball and him saying "When she tells us," as if maybe the frustration has reached a breaking point. The girl is smiling as he says "For when I beckon her, I will return to claim what is mine." Maybe saying that Punk was the key for his return. He felt the need to reclaim the title of "Best in the World" that was stolen from him.
Then a famous quote for Jericho fans: Things will never be the same again. The girl frowns. Punk would obviously be the target of the return indicating dark days ahead for the WWE Champ. And Jericho is able to right the wrong in his eyes.
Then you have the boy running down the hall with the girl chasing. Then the girl coming down a separate hall alone. I've got nothing on that one. At first I though her following was a jab at maybe saying Punk followed in his footsteps and her emerging alone saying he got all the attention and credit for being innovative. Not really sure.
Prophetless.
That girl looks creepy. Than the boy in the corner again and the girl knocking the notebook off the desk. Some have said that Chris was written on the front and scratched out with the X, but I can't confirm that myself. If so, you have Chris being forgotten along with his "material" as Punk takes over.
"I cannot help you anymore. Do you understand?" That second sentence is something Jericho would say. As for the first, I thought maybe it was Jericho saying he can't help Punk anymore as far as giving him the material in which to reinvent his character.
As for the names of the clips, I have yet to put too much thought into it. The look within kind of stood out as I went back and looked at that one a bunch for metaphors. Second...coming? Technically it would be Jericho's third in the WWE, but second as the Best in the World? Reaching.
And there is also a countdown clip someone posted...

Countdown clock is familiar. Then towards the end you see the Jericho flash in the background with the known Jericho pose at the end. Also one of his catch phrases "I'm the best in the world at what I do." Who knows if it is real.
But the names seem to throw everyone off. When I saw "It Begins" I instantly thought Taker and the Road to WrestleMania...but why so early? Doesn't it usually begin with the Royal Rumble? But Taker could also be implied from the "she holds the key to my rebirth," as maybe his wife (Michelle McCool for those who don't know) could be returning alongside him. Even with starting the Jericho line of thinking, Prophetless made me think of Taker returning alone for a final run (many believe his 20th WM match will be his last...who knows). Even thought of the girl being Taker and the boy being Kane. A similar, but different line of thinking that I'm too tired to go through at almost 2 in the morning.
Or, it could be some new guy that never was shit that would piss me off for going through all this thinking.
Someone even rearranged "It Begins" to be "I Be Sting." There was the rumor that Sting would face Taker at WM last year if he would have signed.
So yeah. I obviously spent way too much time putting thought into this alone and speaking with other wrestling fans/friends. Anyone care to add thoughts?
