They beg people trade shit in, then they offer me $45 less when the games been out 1 week!

LOL damn man, i went in to trade in my MLB the Show 11 and got 22. But for NBA 2k11 only got like 10. So it was pretty messed up. Dont know how they get their trade in prices.

You can trade it in at Amazon.com for a $30 credit.

you wanna know whats even more ridiculous on 2 levels (1. the price. 2. why i owned it).. fuckin POKEMON BLACK for the DS got me $18. the game has been out a year. No sense, ugh.

I was in grade 6 when i first played it. its a guilty pleasure.

You're speaking a foreign language. I have no idea what any of that is. My son tells me about Bakugan and Beyblade stuff and I just nod my head and say things like "Wow", "The pretty cool", or "Lets go get some ice cream".

In an unrelated, yet related story. When I picked up my copy of 2k12, the guy working there was off moving shit around, the girl behind the counter was about to get my copy. He said, "hey man, we're out of Jordan covers, you want Magic or Larry Bird?" I said "Larry Bird." She said "Which one is Larry Bird?" I apparently had this fucked up WTF? look on my face cause the dude turned around and looked at me and just died laughing. I said "Seriously, I don't even know what to say to that..........(she is standing there with this embarrassed look on her face)..........He's the white guy."

Yes, it is based on resale demand. That is why nintendo games and stuff like mario kart and other mario related items get more in trade and sell for more used.
And the prices come down from corporate office. The stores have no control over it.

It is my dream to franchise a Play N Trade and just go to town on the local Gamestops.
