Start em or Sit em
Re: Start em or Sit em
Week 3:
Joe Flacco @ STL
or
Chad Henne @ CLV
my keeper league, I am fucked with Manning out, barely 1-1.

Flacco... indoors, good team matchup. The Dolphins will find success on the ground against Cleveland and likely focus their efforts on that part of the game.Bernie32 wrote:Week 3:

I would go with Flacco in this as well, I'm not big on Henne

Tough decision here....I would go with both the ATL players. Talib doesn't scare me in this matchup as White has more size and Calvin worked him in week 1 because of his size. It will be a high scoring game

Re: Start em or Sit em
Tolbert vs Denver or Green-Ellis vs Jets? Non PPR!
Also I just found out that Mendenhall is likely not playing and Felix Jones is hurt plus Daniel Thomas is on a bye. So it looks like I need to pick up a RB.
Redman vs Titans, Addai vs Chiefs, Stewart or Dwill vs Saints?

Re: Start em or Sit em
Addai vs Chiefs, but i would still pick up Redman if you have a spot open. idk about your Tolbert and green-ellis...If i had to pick it might be tolbert since they will be up and green ellis is losing carries to ridleySuddenBlues wrote:Tolbert vs Denver or Green-Ellis vs Jets? Non PPR!

Re: Start em or Sit em
Yea i was thinking Tolbert... I have been starting him but man both are killing me. I can really only pick up 1 or the other in the other league because the bench spots are small in that league but I was leaning towards Addai just because he was going vs the Chiefs. Just having a hard time thinking this morning (hungover) lol

Re: Start em or Sit em
I read today that Miles Austing is expected to start Sunday against the Giants---Do I still roll with Laurent Robinson because of chemistry with Romo or do I go with another Wide Receiver either on my bench or a sleeper on the waiver wire like Damian Williams from the Titans
WR
Larry Fitz-Starter
Lance Moore
Laurent Robinson
jeremy maclin
Michael Crabtree

Re: Start em or Sit em
Crabtree has a decent matchup with the Cardinals this week...and with the exception of this past sunday, has lead the team in targets every week. Decent matchup. Otherwise I would stick with Robinson.steelcitychaos wrote:I read today that Miles Austing is expected to start Sunday against the Giants---Do I still roll with Laurent Robinson because of chemistry with Romo or do I go with another Wide Receiver either on my bench or a sleeper on the waiver wire like Damian Williams from the Titans

Re: Start em or Sit em
Sabotage:
I have a playoff game.
QB options: Sanchez or Alex Smith (Orlovsky is on waivers)
RB options: Hillis, D. Williams, K. Smith (need 1 Foster is my other)
WR options: Jennings, Cruz, Holmes (need 2)
DST: Seahawks or Bengals
I know, I don't know how I won so many games either, but Sanchez has been surprising at times. Foster and Cruz have both single handedly won games too.

QB-IT's a tough call because both could be ahead and end up running the ball--I would go with Sanchezcougnix wrote:Sabotage:

RB-if K. Smith plays I stay with him
WR---Jennings and Cruz---
DST: Seahawks---Rams are a bad offense without Bradford

My turn:
Flex start: Bowe, T. Smith or Barber
I'm at a loss on this one.

I hate to say it, but you gotta start Barber.Downing11 wrote:My turn:

The Ravens are gonna smoke the Colts and run the ball out with Rice then Ricky, Bowe tries on half the plays and Palko sucks.
I'm also starting Barber on my 2nd place team (4 make it out of 12) where I have such bad points that if I lose I need 2 of the 4 teams to lose in order to ensure that it won't go to a tiebreaker because i'm that far behind. Ugh
